Garage, Utility Room and Office Build
We removed an old concrete prefabricated garage, and replaced it with a larger garage, with a Utility Room to the rear and an office at the very end. All was done with the least amount of disruption to the customer, hence foundations were put in place for new structure before the removal of the old garage. New water supply and electrical supply put into the building. Fully insultaed office to the end of the building, with new UPVC security windows and Composite door. Finished with Vinyl wood effect flooring and fully decorated.
